toward the credential process in obtaining an EA (Enrolled Agent) Designation, to become
federally authorized by the IRS as a representative for taxpayers nationwide.

Juan Ojeda Jr. is a senior tax professional and strategic advisor with over seven years of experience in tax preparation, IRS resolution, and compliance, coupled with more than eight years in executive and operational leadership roles. He holds an MBA from Augment Business School—a modern, globally focused graduate program tailored for working professionals—and is currently completing his Master
of Science in Accounting (M.Acc.) at Southern New Hampshire University, with expected graduation in November 2025. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SNHU, graduating summa
cum laude with a 3.895 GPA. Demonstrating a strong commitment to professional advancement,
Juan began his graduate coursework while completing his undergraduate degree. He is a registered
CPA candidate with the Nevada State Board of Accountancy, scheduled to sit for the FAR section
of the CPA exam in September 2025, followed by REG, TCP (his selected discipline focus),
and AUD within the next 6 to 12 months.
Juan is currently the Tax Manager at Milestone Tax Solutions, where he leads the firm's Tax Department. He oversees complex federal and state tax cases, guides clients through strategic resolution and compliance matters, and mentors team members in tax preparation and IRS best practices.
His experience includes offers in compromise, penalty abatement, SFR resolution, tax advisory,
and business entity formation for small to mid-sized businesses. Previously, he served as a Senior Tax Preparer at Moskowitz LLP, handling a broad portfolio of individual, corporate, and partnership returns.
He brings deep technical fluency across platforms including Drake Tax Software, Intuit ProConnect, Lacerte, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and IRS Logics CRM,
allowing him to deliver precise, compliant, and scalable tax solutions.
Juan is professionally affiliated with the Nevada Society of CPAs (NVCPA), the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) as a student member, and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) as an Executive Alumni. With a passion for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Juan is committed to advancing financial literacy,
ethical tax practice, and long-term business success through strategic advisory and client education.

Currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Mabry Management Co., Inc., a boutique property management firm specializing in residential and commercial real estate across Southern California. With a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) focused on global marketing, as well as an MBA
and BS in Finance, Dr. McCain brings a wealth of expertise in operational strategy,
lease negotiations, and asset optimization.
He has successfully led organizational restructuring efforts, streamlined operations, and improved portfolio performance across diverse property types. In addition to his executive leadership experience, Dr. McCain is a published author of 10 To Get In: The Ten Laws of Financial Literacy for Young Aspiring Millionaires and 101 Ways to Get a Real Estate Check, both of which focus on
real estate education and wealth-building strategies.
Dr. McCain is also active in philanthropy, supporting mentorship and youth development programs
like Kings Conscious, and has been recognized for his leadership with induction
