Juan Ojeda Jr. is a senior tax professional and strategic advisor with 7+ years in tax preparation and compliance and 8 years in leadership. He helps individuals and small businesses navigate federal and state tax matters, including offers in compromise, penalty abatements, SFR resolution, advisory, and entity formation. Juan holds dual MBAs from ENEB European Business School and Augment Business School. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from SNHU, graduating summa cum laude (3.895 GPA), and completed his M.S. in Accounting in Nov. 2025 (3.767 GPA). He also earned the FMVA® (CFI) in 2025. Now in an EA-track role at Brotman Law, he focuses on IRS representation and controversy; CPA studies are paused and will resume next year. He begins Harvard Business School Online’s CORe program in Jan. 2026, finishing Apr. 2026. At Brotman Law he supports audits, collections, and notice responses, builds AI-enabled workflows, and assists with planning. His software expertise includes Drake, ProConnect, Lacerte, Crosslink, QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, Canopy, Clio and IRS Logics CRM.
